Great reception staff. My only gripe would be that despite detailing that the brakes needed attention and the vehicle was left all day at this visit, the necessary parts were not in stock and the car had to be returned to complete the work.

Really impressed with the Service Manageress and Samantha, who handled my recall and listened sympathetically to the problems I had with Bowker - Preston. They presented me with a Suitcase and Umbrella from Williams, as an apology on behalf of BMW!

Poor performance from Bolton, kept waiting too long and then informed that it needed parts it quite clearly didn't, specially front pads and discs, ok the pads were worn but discs were fine. Very annoyed.

The car was booked in due to a fault which was covered under warranty. No problem with the service given but there was a time when BMW would also give the car a clean. I mean that's what why we buy BMW as they go the extra mile.

My car was diagnosed and parts where ordered straight away, I had my car back within a week and was sorted with a hire car whilst my car was being repaired. The communication from Helen was fantastic, I can't fault Helen for anything!

It may sound trivial but my car was spotless and clean. When I picked up it had a sweet wrapper from service desk left in the middle console. Courtesy car was dirty and hardly had any petrol in. Had to find a petrol station as soon as I left.

I took out a BMW service plan for the car and do not think that this represents good value. In addition every time the car goes into the garage for an MOT. Some additional work seems to be found which obviates budgeting cost saving,

I decided to wait while my car was serviced. There was tea, coffee and breakfast available for customers. I was also able to use the Wifi so that I could get on with work whilst waiting. All of the staff I spoke with were friendly and welcoming.

Williams Bolton couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Rang up six times to sort out having the tyre I wanted fitted and still the wrong tyre was fitted. Shame as Helen was really nice, the rest was awful. No hire cars ready when stated.
