Again, the service was brilliant, constant and timely updates on the vehicle and where everything was up to, my car arrived sooner than expected too which was a nice surprise and the handover day was smooth and an experience in itself!

No taxis no more and no curtesy car. You would think a customer spending £93.000 on a car would get better service but apparently not. You also have to pay for them now , this must be a new thing.

My car was returned in January with an EML on the dash. This was replaced. Last week came on again it was the knock sensor, asked what that was got no reply , advisor didn't know.

Had a waiting appointment for an MOT, took just over 2 and a half hours, which I wouldn't class as a waiting appointment. Didn't have anything pressing that day which was fortunate so not a huge issue but I could have made better use of my time

A lady called Chloe Wilson from the service team was very helpful and supported me with everything I needed. The experience exceeded my expectations and I will only go to BMW going forward after having bad experiences with other garages.

Having had BMW's Williams Service for many years I have used the Service Dept and found it to be excellent. On one occasion the Mansger, Anthony Friend exceeded my expectations and solved an old annoying problem successfully.

It would have been 5 stars but when i got my car back i noticed that i need a brake fluid change this montg, i think this should habe been picked up by the service team. I woukd have liked tge option to get this done whilst my car was with you.

Overall Excellent, BUT, the car was booked in for 10am. I was told that it was a fairly long job. The car was not looked at until 15:30. This meant that i couldn't pick the car up until next morning. Not the end of the world.

The service was great. Chloe even sorted me an appointment with you body shop department where others would have expected me to contact them. My car was booked in on time and was ready on time. Chloe was on top of anything I asked or requested.
