Aside from the complimentary refreshments & WiFi, there was nothing specific from BMW Bolton to comment on. Furthermore, there was confusion around whether my car even needed a service despite the warning shown on the dash reflecting miles remaining.

Terrible service, I waited ages, your team thought I still needed to pay (I already paid) yet no one bothered to speak to me about this. I could've clarified this immediately. Absolute waste of time. I paid over £2000 I expect better service.

We were checked in by a person after a couple of minutes only to be told the MOT ramp had a fault and our car would be serviced by another garage nearby and our waiting time extended by 1.5 hrs having said that staff looked after us with drinks ect

Williams diagnosed problem within an hour. Haliwell Jones Warrington could not diagnose even after having vehicle for 2 weeks and was prepared to do engine strip to find.

They have not resolved the problem and I keep having to return to Bolton which is over 50 mile round trip for them to repair only for them to do the same thing each time, which hasn't worked

Requested work was completed within timescales quoted. Was offered wash and hoover. The inside was spotless but the exterior looked like it had just been hosed. I wouldn't have been bothered but I was offered these things

I was happy with everything. In an ideal world I would have lived for my car to have been washed/cleaned but I did request it back for 3pm so that might have been why. Service advisors friendly and helpful with check in.

Helen Johnston, in the Service at Williams Bolton was brilliant. She went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. 2 stars lost because my Alloy Wheel was damage during a tyre change. This was not pointed out to me at the time.
