I was given a free service when I bought the car. I informed BMW of this and they said they would confirm. I then received an email with the details of my booking which said 'free'. BMW did the service, took 3 day, and then told me it wasn't free!

Once again was told car was ready. When I arrived to pick car up, got the keys. Went to my car and it was not washed. This has happened to me too many times. I had to go back & tell them. I had to wait till it was washed.

No communication, I had to contact the service team at 5pm to find out what was going on. I was informed then it was ready and last pick up is at 5.45. I then found out from the gov website that it had 7 advisories. Staff couldn't print the MOT cert.

I've given 5 stars because its a simple process, post your keys at the kiosk, pick your keys up from the kiosk, plus theirs always a call in-between to let u know of any issues and that your car is ready

I had the day off work, spent about 4 hours travelling through roadworks for something that was nothing to do with me. If people need to bring vehicles back for a recall due to inferior parts being fitted, then the customer should be compensated.

I'd left the garage when I had a phone call saying sorry, the wrong parts had been ordered/delivered and the work could not be completed. The soonest it could be done was 3 weeks later due to needing a curtesy car for work. Complete waste of time!

The car was booked in for 1 day - Tuesday. It was not ready until 5.15pm on Friday. I was away with my children from Wednesday to Saturday and was supposed to be taking the car for this trip. You were not able to provide an alternative.

Let down by the supposed bmw experience. A service which I could get a lot cheaper other than bmw. A wash and valet which I ticked to do but turned up at 5:20 pm to find it had not been cleaned or hoovered and nobody had decency to mention it.

Visited 3 times to resolve an issue, that your service department told me was a setting on the on board computer. Turns out electric wing mirror had to be fully replaced. Was left without a vehicle for 48hours and a courtesy car wasn't even offered.
