Had a problem came in for an oil service, while there I asked when first MOT was due only to be told it was due on the 8th of August , I never got reminder I had been drivering illegal,had to leave car my salesman had to get me a curticy car
There are other places provide good service as you do but for last cost

The car was supposed to be valeted, although I know this probably wasnt part of the service the car had been half valeted. Only the front carpets had been hoovered, the windows were smeared and the left side out side hadnt been touched.

When you pay for a service you expect the service engineer to do it properly
The gentleman on the service desk was polite, explained what was happening and in what timeframe.

Car wasnt quite ready when I came to collect it, it hadnt been washed. I was asked if I wanted to wait about 20 minutes while it was washed or take it as it was. I decided to wait but it took well over an hour to be ready.

The service I received was great. However, the policy of charging for a courtesy car comes across a little stingy. Especially as its only for a couple of hours and the dealership isnt exactly accessible.
Courtesy car not available at last service despite booking in 3 1/2 weeks in advance. Basic parts such as windscreen wipers are not in stock. Took them 3 hours to respond to a call to book a service. Better service on shorter lead time at Ford.

They did what they said and on collection of my car talked me through what had been done.
Very good experience. I used the business centre when I was waiting so the time spent at the centre didn't impact my working day.. I was very impressed overall.

The problem with the screen washers was fixed and they are now working great and a new battery was fitted .

They didnt secure a clip on the engine coolant pipe while conducting the valve repair causing cooling to leak and the vehicle having to be recovered.I then had terrible service from Enterprise Car Rental via Bmw Emergency Services.Took them 17 hrs.

Both my wife and me bought our brand new vehicles from Williams Bolton. It was a very good experience. Also the facilities whilst waiting for service completion are very good. All the staff are very good and customer orientated
