Even though there was a notice about not being able to clean the car they managed to do this which was great

I changed the date of the service due to a work issue but the BMW team accommodated this without a problem. There was also an issue with the display unit but this was sorted under warranty without fuss and I was kept informed all the time

I scheduled an MOT. It failed on tyre tread and I was given the option of having this replaced. Because the other tyre had low tread, I was offered the choice of replacing it too, which it was. The car was also cleaned. All in one go. Great service!
