As stated previously my car was serviced on its 1st service delivered back having had a rinse too all done in the time which was arranged.
Everything required was completed in an efficient manner.
Given that we are still in the midst of a pandemic, the dealership is well set up with a clearly marked one way system and there are ample hand sanitiser spots. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception who was delightful.

On collection of my new car, Craig took the time to set my car up and the new app and exalting everything to me (well as well as all the not so fun paperwork!). With a brand new car that is a new model everything is different so this was nice.
