The car was supposed to be valeted, although I know this probably wasn’t part of the service the car had been half valeted. Only the front carpets had been hoovered, the windows were smeared and the left side out side hadn’t been touched.

The service I received was great. However, the policy of charging for a courtesy car comes across a little stingy. Especially as it’s only for a couple of hours and the dealership isn’t exactly accessible.

Courtesy car not available at last service despite booking in 3 1/2 weeks in advance. Basic parts such as windscreen wipers are not in stock. Took them 3 hours to respond to a call to book a service. Better service on shorter lead time at Ford.

They didn’t secure a clip on the engine coolant pipe while conducting the valve repair causing cooling to leak and the vehicle having to be recovered.I then had terrible service from Enterprise Car Rental via Bmw Emergency Services.Took them 17 hrs.
