Didn't have to wait long for my appointment, the week after calling. The lady that dealt with me was polite, helpful and did everything expected. My issue was sorted in the day and under warranty. No complaints with the service start to finish.

Despite the fairly large problem that needed investigation and evolved over time, was dealt with in reasonable time frame. Courtesy cars were a life saver. I have some disabilies and no local dealership. Also got to experience several other BMW cars

I was contacted by the service appointment team to remind me my car needed a service and an appointment was made at a convenient time. I attended at the agreed time and was dealt with accordingly by Mohammed who was well dressed and knowledgeable.
I was seen by Mohammed ( not sure of his surname) but his service was excellent He had my contact number incorrect, so could not ring me with information asking about my brake pads. However he had remembered where I worked and tracked me down.
