I got the recall letter in June, booked for September, even though there was a slight delay in the repair, I was kept up to date through the process
Tom should be credited for excellent customer service, keeping me informed of the status of the repair work. He stepped in and arranged a hire car once there was a delay to the work. Upon return the car now has a different problem that needs work....
The service was great, however the team forgot to update my maps during the allotted time

I took My car in for service at 8.15 am and it took half an hour before I left due to explaining what was wrong etc Felt staff was a little inexperienced In the end my car wasn't washed or cleaned and I picked it up at 5.40 I also paid over £420 ??

I was asked if I wanted to book the car in for it's MOT. I said I was arranging it locally as I live some distance away. I just wish I had been told that warning signs would be displayed. I am now stuck with these signs as they have recently appeared
I have every confidence my car had been well serviced. I collected it on time and the valeting was of a very high standard.
Took the waiting option and in a couple of hours, the car was ready. Waiting area is superb.

The courtesy car was handed to me with very little fuel (28 miles range),I had to drive straight to a petrol station to fill up before my journey. also slightly disappointed my car was not washed, interior not vacuumed when handed back to me.
My car was just out of warranty & a key part failed on my tailgate, causing a problem with the hinges. I was provided a courtesy car , BMW have paid to remedy all faults. Amy the service manager deserves special mention for her excellent service.

problems booking car in, told I had to leave it 2 days received call late first day needed a new tyre car kept overnight. Rang day 2 but no call back. Told car ready at 4:30 washing facilities broken, valet didn't include boot. Got car at 5:45

my dealer was a previously bowlers of preston i have never had as much dissatisfacton with any service dept from 11 manafacturers as bowkers after a change of delaers to willams in a emergency they are first class every member of staff and service
Purchased vehicle elsewhere due to more competitive quote.
When I contacted the service dept regarding the fault I was told to wait 13 days before I could get in. I was not happy about this because I had only just had the car serviced 7 days before so I spoke to the sales manager and she booked me in next da
Generally good service, but the final warranty inspection seems to miss a rear light cluster with condensation in it and front desk staff seemed uncertain about how soon a car should be booked in for MOT and maintain the longest anniversary.

From the receptionist who handled my initial phone call, to the young man at the Service counter the day I brought my car in for repair. Their attention to detail and first class customer service is a credit to them and Williams Bolton.
The service was fine but the cleaning of the car was very poor.
as above - still waiting for quote to extend service package and warranty cover - the drive train fault has occurred again and is booked in BMW Williams again 17th August.
Staff very helpful first class
had a waiting appointment for 90 minutes at 1pm and my car was ready at 2.59pm!! Also not as beautifully clean as Williams used to do it. Was offered complimentary clean but got just that! a clean and not an inside hoover.
Apart from the lady who I dealt with the whole experience has just been a nightmare.

The service l received on the day was excellent but l wasn't impressed with the time it took to get my car booked in to have the work done on the car approx 6 weeks
The service personnel were friendly and professional. I have had to rebook the car in to deal with an amber warning light which I would have preferred to be dealt with at the service visit.
A six and a half week wait for the 'earliest available' courtesy car is an utter joke for a premium car retailer.
The reception staff didn't seem to know which service i needed. Had to speak to Manager who was very helpful

I was told to wait an hour before collecting my car after a service whilst it was in the wash que. When I arrived I was told my car had just been brought round and given the keys after paying the bill.The car had never been washed? Not the first time
Like I said only Amy the manager from Bolton helped and showed that she cares. My car fault was never found. Have to wait weeks to get booked in. Paying for car can't even drive everyday. Shocking

Had to wait six weeks for a service appointment with a courtesy car Which, for a main dealer is unacceptable. Also having to book the car in for a full day just for someone to look at a sticking cover ( not to try and repair) is also unreasonable
Service experience was good. Unfortunately not impressed with the valet standard of the car when collected. Some areas not washed such as the roof and the inside had not been vacuumed. Clearly not inspected I expect more of Williams with this regard,

The overall experience was excellent. I dealt with Craig Beumount and he was excellent and very helpful in finding me the vehicle I wanted.
I felt that all my requirements were met and Mark managed to find me a new car with everything that I wanted on the car, I feel that I didn't need to compromise on anything, I loved the flowers and Mark gave me two umbrellas for myself and hubby.
