Despite some slight setbacks, a delinquent part and slight time delay, Williams Bolton kept me abreast of all matters in a timely and professional manner, especially Thomas who was my kep contact point throughout my experience. Well done to the team.

The fault was repaired under warranty and your service agent, Nicole, was very helpful. Nicole kept in touch via texts/phone calls regarding the progress of the work to be carried out to advise on the delay regarding spare parts.

Williams Bolton has proved that a main dealership can provide a great experience. The included 2 years service package, at time of purchase, was great. A damaged tyre was replaced at an excellent price and likewise with the brake fluid change.

A very different experience this time given pandemic restrictions but overall the adaptations made to the sales process worked well and Stuart provided excellent service keeping me informed at all stages the process.
