I believe I got a good deal, our discussions were handled very appropriately for someone of my age(85 years), and I was carefully introduced to the complexity of the modern Series 1 vehicle - so driving away with my new car was a pleasure.

This time I was met by your Craig Beaumont and was firstly put at ease. Together with my Wife I never felt pressured during the sale which took all afternoon with Craig apart from a couple of times where I needed to discuss the financial details.

I have given this as 5 stars as it was not the fault of the dealership that there were delays with the delivery from the manufacturing plant. The dealership kept me up to date regularly enough and I was understanding that this was not their fault.

The main issue is that I'm always asked if it is ok to vacuum / wash the car. However I've just collected the car and it is filthy, far dirtier than when it was dropped off almost 2 weeks ago.

They could have hoovered my car mats there was bits of muck left on my mat on the passenger side. Sorry but I keep my car in top notch condition I gave it to them in that condition but got it back like that with bits all over the passenger mat tut !

Fantastic work, back to as good as new after I had suffered some frustrating damage. The car was cleaned and parked nicely out of the way which I always appreciate. Upon collection I was expected and my name was known. Great touch.

Helen Johnston, in the Service at Williams Bolton was brilliant. She went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. 2 stars lost because my Alloy Wheel was damage during a tyre change. This was not pointed out to me at the time.

The light unit now has condensation in it. Which it never had before I took it in for the headlight not working.

BMW, what understanding as they overcharged me or something they didn't do. They charge me for diagnosis that could not be completed. I had to explain to get a refund.

Nothing is ever perfect... ever, but what was done, was done well. Sticky glue / grease on the door internal handle (from a glove?). Discount for MOT had to haggle, and confusion on booking on-line as to what was actually needed.

I've been there twice now once for an overheating problem that Arnold Clark had no idea what they was doing and was sorted by BMW vey quickly also nice friendly smile and help from the girls and a courtesy car. The last job was sorted in a few hours

No taxis no more and no curtesy car. You would think a customer spending £93.000 on a car would get better service but apparently not. You also have to pay for them now , this must be a new thing.
