I believe I got a good deal, our discussions were handled very appropriately for someone of my age(85 years), and I was carefully introduced to the complexity of the modern Series 1 vehicle - so driving away with my new car was a pleasure.

This time I was met by your Craig Beaumont and was firstly put at ease. Together with my Wife I never felt pressured during the sale which took all afternoon with Craig apart from a couple of times where I needed to discuss the financial details.

I have given this as 5 stars as it was not the fault of the dealership that there were delays with the delivery from the manufacturing plant. The dealership kept me up to date regularly enough and I was understanding that this was not their fault.

I've been there twice now once for an overheating problem that Arnold Clark had no idea what they was doing and was sorted by BMW vey quickly also nice friendly smile and help from the girls and a courtesy car. The last job was sorted in a few hours

I was very happy with the overall service I received. I did ask whether a fuse could be swapped out which would be very quick but was told I would need to pay £120 for an 'investigation' first which was disappointing.

At the time of booking I asked for the tyre tread to be done.I was told it's fone automatically. I was unwell and my husband took my car in, he did not realise this wasn't done and there was a line drawn through that part of the paperwork.

No taxis no more and no curtesy car. You would think a customer spending £93.000 on a car would get better service but apparently not. You also have to pay for them now , this must be a new thing.

My car was returned in January with an EML on the dash. This was replaced. Last week came on again it was the knock sensor, asked what that was got no reply , advisor didn't know.

Having had BMW's Williams Service for many years I have used the Service Dept and found it to be excellent. On one occasion the Mansger, Anthony Friend exceeded my expectations and solved an old annoying problem successfully.

Overall Excellent, BUT, the car was booked in for 10am. I was told that it was a fairly long job. The car was not looked at until 15:30. This meant that i couldn't pick the car up until next morning. Not the end of the world.
