The only negative point was the delayed delivery due to shipping issues. Richard Barlow was very helpful during the purchase, waiting period and eventual delivery today.

Work was completed very late in the day. My car wasn't delivered to my place of work as promised. A £100 voucher wasn't received as promised. A part exchange valuation wasn't received as promised. The engineer didn't contact me as promised.
