Overall great, just slightly disappointed that I had to make three visits for a standard end of warranty service and a software upgrade. On the third visit I waited 2 hours only to discover my car hadn't moved from it's initial car park space!
Every member of staff, from the initial call to completion of the service were polite efficient and friendly. I would recommend Bolton BMW to anyone.
Customer service not as good as it used to be. Waiting for longer - both on booking in and collecting and price quite high....plus I've never had to have the price quoted 'rounded up' when I paid before!
I was unable to use my car for a visit to Swindon & Devon so had to make other arrangements at short notice. Williams provided a full explanation & returned the labour costs for the work. How can a car be allowed to leave with a loose wheel?

promised call back in the afternoon did not happen till mid morning the next day, could not resolve the situation, promised a call on monday morning which was the next working day, this happened at 4-45 in the afternoon, after this all went well
The person who took my details on arrival was excellent & explained the process for the day. But as always at Bolton, the car is dropped off early but no updates or opportunity to collect the car until the staff are ready to organise end of day.
I've used Williams Bolton for 12 years without any issues. My new BMW 530e (supplied by my employer via a different dealer) has recently been into Williams due to an iDrive fault.
I have currently been having problems with a vehicle bought at another main dealer. Williams Bolton have been very accommodating & most considerate. Yes the car is under warranty but the service here is of the highest quality I have ever experienced.

The product recall was very recent, though when I looked on the internet this went back one year. The work was completed and so no issues on that fornt, hence fairly satisfied.
They dealt with a warranty defect (replacement turbo) in an efficient manner
Upon driving the vehicle off after service, the tyre pressure monitor was on, surely this should have been checked when the vehicle was serviced and reset etc. Not good when I had just paid a considerable amount of money for service.
The staff where not easy to deal with. Also when I asked to see the sales person who sold me the car this didn't happen with excuses given.
The repair was quickly completed and I was able to collect my car in advance of the expected time completion of the work. You cannot beat that!!
Clear and friendly staff
I wasn't sent the video of the visual inspection until the day after my service. I had to prove that I was owed a credit of £200 - luckily I still had Williams' email on my phone otherwise your representative wouldn't have believed me.
Always 100% satisfied with every aspect of the service experience.

Anthony Friend displayed a lot of empathy and made every effort to resolve the paintwork and suspension noise issues. This contrasted markedly with the attitude of the Used Car Manager who was dismissive and uninterested in resolving our problems.

Think the staff were over stretched and doing their best. The only reason I've scored high was how well Nicole dealt with a dad situation.

Fast and friendly service. I was just givwn the paper work but nothing explained on it, even thiugh there were advisory/amber. Could have explained the amber service warnings as this caused a repeat visit for it to be explained.

ALICE HILL explained and looked after me - "top lady". Disappointed at having to collect newspaper from front desk, reception staff nattering rather than put papers out, and I had to redirect another customer to do also + breakfast menus not put out
A tyre had a low pressure/poss puncture and the garage marked the tyre with a yellow cross but made no attempt to contact me about replacing it or reseting the computer. I was also charge £10 for petrol,i had put £10 in the tank,I only did 60 miles
June the service advisor was first class
Alice was great however there is a lot of work to be done on my car that I have had less than 11 months

I was disappointed that I was told to return the courtesy care back at 5pm and then my husband had to wait another hour for the car to be ready and even then the tow bar cover was not done and I have to return for this when it is done.
Service was very good. I was asked if I would like my car cleaning at the drop off, but when I collected it hadn't been cleaned. I had a query surrounding a recall and was told I would be contacted before the end of the week and wasn't.
Would have been 5 but had greasy scuff mark on drivers seat

Car done when I was told
I got the recall letter in June, booked for September, even though there was a slight delay in the repair, I was kept up to date through the process
I was able to wait for my car to be serviced, I was offered refreshments, able to charge my phone, access wif, complete some work and also got to look around the showroom.
Tom should be credited for excellent customer service, keeping me informed of the status of the repair work. He stepped in and arranged a hire car once there was a delay to the work. Upon return the car now has a different problem that needs work....

The service was great, however the team forgot to update my maps during the allotted time
I took My car in for service at 8.15 am and it took half an hour before I left due to explaining what was wrong etc Felt staff was a little inexperienced In the end my car wasn't washed or cleaned and I picked it up at 5.40 I also paid over £420 ??

I was asked if I wanted to book the car in for it's MOT. I said I was arranging it locally as I live some distance away. I just wish I had been told that warning signs would be displayed. I am now stuck with these signs as they have recently appeared

Took the waiting option and in a couple of hours, the car was ready. Waiting area is superb.
The courtesy car was handed to me with very little fuel (28 miles range),I had to drive straight to a petrol station to fill up before my journey. also slightly disappointed my car was not washed, interior not vacuumed when handed back to me.
My car was just out of warranty & a key part failed on my tailgate, causing a problem with the hinges. I was provided a courtesy car , BMW have paid to remedy all faults. Amy the service manager deserves special mention for her excellent service.

Had major issues when vehicle due to be delivered. Part in new car failed which meant new car not ready for me for over 2 weeks. Had arranged for my old Bmw to be collected from bmw finance ( was told that was best way to change car)

I felt that all my requirements were met and Mark managed to find me a new car with everything that I wanted on the car, I feel that I didn't need to compromise on anything, I loved the flowers and Mark gave me two umbrellas for myself and hubby.
