The service adviser Alice Hill was efficient and understood my requirements. I enjoyed a coffee while she arranged lift for me and notified me on completion of the service
They have always been really helpful at the Bolton dealership. I would not take my car anywhere else.

I was informed new discs/pads 'recommended' .after 100000 miles!!! , apparently due to lack of use!!! I have had all work at your premises and for some unexplainable reason no one thought to tell me until you said you want £300 !!
Service very good but engineer forgot to update the car's service record.
Had to chase 3 times before getting a call back.
BMW know how to service cars and make the customer happy.

Salesman Phil Crampton was absolutely amazing and assisted us with everything and gave exceptional service which was 2nd to none. The finance person Salim was very helpful too. We found sales manager Anthony rude, arrogant and insulting.
Good experience. Coffee, Wifi and comfortable while you wait. And not that long to wait either.

Customers are just a number to Williams. The more people they have off the better they think they are. No loyalty to existing customers.
My car has been in 5 times for a gearbox leak, I submitted a response last time and no one has contacted me. Yes 5 times, I am still not convinced that the fault has been fixed.
The car went in for a problem and came out with a bigger one. I was promised a phone call three weeks ago to sort the matter out. I`m still waiting. I will not use this service center again

After sales team was very poor. As above engine management light came on. Dropped car off for the new part to be fitted only to be told 4 hours later that they had ordered the wrong part. Abysmal
My car went in for the window washers not working. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment right when I needed them most because of the weather. I was also charged £151 for this repair as apparently I used the wrong screen wash.

Requested early receipt of vehicle due to other commitments. Delivered within time frame with no quibbles.

Car not cleaned very well after spending £250 I get a better wash and vac at my local car cleaning place for £5, two days later my tyre pressure check flagged up on the screen and had to top up all tyres thought this was part of ths service

Car booked in for 8am on prior telephone calls. Advised needed by early afternoon. Work commenced near lunchtime, advised part could be as late as 3pm. Car eventually returned just before 5pm.
Job done with no messing about and I was able to use one of the handy workstations whilst I waited meaning no loss of working hours for my business. Coffee and pastries provided so had a working breakfast, exactly the kind of environment I needed.

My m140 does 220miles to a tank of fuel. That's eco pro driving like an old man everywhere. This is my second 140.. my previous one was doing 350+ miles a tank. Exactly same car.. same fuel same journeys same driver. Was told its due to the weather
I will never be convinced that a glorified oil and filter change with an overall 'health' check is worth what BMW charges....which is why our other (9yr old BMW) goes to a German specialist for half the cost of any work. But this service was good.

Would have given full marks but the wait was longer than anticipated
The service was prompt even though we had given them little notice due to illness. We opted to wait and were given lunch plus access to various refreshments etc. Staff informed us the car's progress. It was cleaned inside and out.
Based on my latest experience
My F33 convertible developed a water leak which short circuted the amp. 3 amps and 4 visits later the problem finally seems to have been fixed, but to be honest I dont have much confidence that it wont happen again
I was disappointed that in the past my vehicle was cleaned at least on the outside if not the inside too and this time is wasn't touched
Car was collected, Service carried out and Car returned, and washed and valeted.

In general everything was good, but there was a problem. The inspection email suggested that 2 tyres needed replacing. It quoted a price, which I accepted via the email. I got a confirmation of the acceptance. It wasn't done and nobody knew about it!

Got my name, contact number and company details all wrong. Was booked in for 90 minute appointment which took nearly 3 hours Even got my name wrong on the invoice, cant really believe this even though I spelt my name 4 times for them.
Booked in for 8.00 and for a quick service oil & filter it took 2 hours, do not consider quick.
I was looked after as was my car. It was even cleaned inside & out!!! Friendly approachable staff.
The place was clean, the staff were their usual attentive selves, with credit due to Jo in particular, who looked after me through the process.. There was some unexpected works required and she dealt with it all with the minimum of fuss.
This is the score I will give BMW in general burt as mentioned earlier this visit was not a welcome experience
Repair was quick and I'm happy
I booked the car in for warranty work after a service and when I turned up as agreed the car hadn't been booked in.Not enough characters left so I will just say I was told a load of lies.
Only reconciled by the excellent service given by the technician to explain the fault, otherwise I felt left out of the loop and having to constantly chase up the service. Can never get through to service first time on the phone, always a callback.
Initial booking of service very helpful and excellent. Dropped my car off in the morning however wasn't ready when I arrived to collect it. I was told it was being cleaned when no cleaning took place. I was disappointed by this.
Had a concerning event at the start of the experience which required my determined insistence on not accepting what the suspension of my service plan. The Service Manager eventually resolved the matter otherwise the score would be 0.
Nothing to complain about even though the car was kept overnight which I was not forewarned of.
Nice clean open space with plenty of amenities whilst you wait for your car.

Amy in service was excellent, keeping me informed on progress of the service & MOT. The work was completed ahead of schedule and I was able to collect the car to enable me to attend a meeting.Would have been a 5 had I been aware of the rapid service
When an unexpected problem came up with the oil filter, the car needed repairing. I was told initially it aould be fixed the next day (friday). I didnt get a call on friday so had to follow up myself on the saturday and was told it would be monday.
Extremely satisfied. Salesman Richard Barlow was fantastic throughout to work a deal that I was satisfied with. Good communication and fast car transfer.
Always excellent service at Williams from the Sales Dept (stephen Gallagher) and other affiliate staff with the finance walk through etc. Much better than other dealerships I have used in the past.

The sales representative was excellent but based on car quality, breaking down within the first week exceedingly disapointing
I experienced a delay as my new car had to be transported from a different dealership. Williams provided me with a courtesy car as my PX wasm't covered with roadsie assisatnce and I was concerned driving relatively long distances with no cover.

Had to keep chasing rep for information, long waits to talk to rep even though appointments were made prior.
Excellent - cannot fault them. Craig even showed by son a "mind reading trick" that has so far baffled everyone he has trotted it out to!
Car arrived 2 weeks early which was a nice surprise before Xmas :-)
