As above. Car fixed but still dont understand why faults werent checked. Service adviser was reluctant to write down what work had been done / parts changed - again Im not sure why this would be an issue?
Interior not cleaned post repair and cigarette lighter socket blank not replaced - now missing. Service details not reprogrammed into on board computer.

This was the first time I'd taken my BMW in for an oil service as I only purchased it earlier this year. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Quite good nothing exceptional
I was completely satisfied with the service experience at Williams of Bolton.
So this is where the fun begins. Alice is a credit to the Williams team. However she cant fix the ongoing issues that have going on with my X5. Every time I drop the vehicle off once collected another fault happens. Scratches to the vehicle always.
I had booked the car in for a known issue yet the service team didn't have the part readily available to fit the part on the day, and so a further 24 hours was required. Water was left inside one of the headlights too.
Over 25 years as a satisfied customer, super staff and facilities, nothing is too much trouble to ensure a positive experience.
A very efficient process, how well you are looked after whilst the service was carried out and the business area is ideal for somewhere quiet to carry out work.

The score I have recorded is NOT relating to the Customer Service which I received or the actual parts on my on my vehicle. It is relating the the work in the re fitting of the four wheels, and Poor Inspection on Completion of work carried out.

You're customer service was good but not perfect. Sometimes difficult to contact you're body shop guy as he spends a lot of time away from his desk.and nobody seems to cover for him.
I was booked in for a service and was not sure if the cost until I asked. I found the manner of the lady who initially dealt with me a bit matter of fact and somewhat cold. The next day she was off sick and there was confusion on picking up the car.
I was kept informed of what was happening from the start.

Good service and communication throughout. Professional attitude from all staff from reception to sales and to the Bodyshop and Service team.Didn't give 5/5 because of an oversight by the mechanics on the MOT which had to be repaired on a 2nd visit.
See above plus for the third time of picking my vehicle up after a service I get a parking light failure warning.
- everything I requested was carried out to the letter and again the level of service afforded whilst on an 'attend and wait' visit was first class when compared with Mercedes & Audi of which I have experience of both.

The service by Williams was excellent as was the BMW call out service. Only hitch was with the time it took Enterprise to provide a car.

The availability of curtesy car would have been a lot easier as my car was requested to be kept overnight but with no option a cover vehicle. As such I had to bring it back a second day and still no cover car available.
I was a bit irritated by the fact that I had to queue 30 mins before being served when I dropped my car off for its service. From when I was served though, everything was fine
nice to speak to people who heads are not up there own arses.the people i dealt with are honest and sincere , and want to give you the Williams experience

Service was prompt and thorough. They discovered a small nail in a tyre and recommended replacing it. Another garage removed the small nail and found that it had not penetrated - the pressure was still correct after removal and so saved me over £200
The service was carried out to my complete satisfaction without any fuss.
MOT was quick and communication was brilliant - Service light still on which is why I haven't scored 5

Once the booking mix up was rectified, the service was very good.
Living some distance away from Bolton I decided to wait whilst the service was completed. Refreshments were available and newspapers were on hand to help pass the time.
Generally completely satisfied, but car was not quite ready at end of period. Not a major issue, but close to the wire when it was finally ready.
Due to continued delays with sorting out a problem with my car I was offered £100 to apologise. However it took 9 weeks to get the £100 refunded to myself! Which was highly annoying as I had to spend £100 to claim back so was £100 out of pocket!

Tyres strewn all over my leather interior and furthermore the new tyres were not inflated to the correct pressure. Instead of a pressure of around 35psi, two of them were at 23psi.!!!.
Job done! Everything as promised and helpful service staff.

Following the service I experienced oil leaks which had not ocured previously. this proved worrying and required top-ups three times. full marks to Williams Bolton for putting things right and explaing the problem.

Had a problem came in for an oil service, while there I asked when first MOT was due only to be told it was due on the 8th of August , I never got reminder I had been drivering illegal,had to leave car my salesman had to get me a curticy car

Had a couple of unknown delays with the delivery of the car. I was originally told September delivery, this turned out to be 16th October
As per previous answers the Staff the excellent Showroom the quality of the cars Top notch.
The sales advisor, Paul Swinburne, knew the product and was able to assist me in my choice by understanding my needs and suggesting options available. I was kept informed of any developments throughout the delivery process.
From the initial visit, to designing my car, to the handover, the entire process was enjoyable and managed in a professional manner by your team. Finally, you serve excellent coffee!
