Everything was very good, except that I received a video report which was almost impossible to understand as the audio quality was unfortunately very poor

The fault was repaired under warranty and your service agent, Nicole, was very helpful. Nicole kept in touch via texts/phone calls regarding the progress of the work to be carried out to advise on the delay regarding spare parts.

Williams Bolton has proved that a main dealership can provide a great experience. The included 2 years service package, at time of purchase, was great. A damaged tyre was replaced at an excellent price and likewise with the brake fluid change.
