Had a concerning event at the start of the experience which required my determined insistence on not accepting what the suspension of my service plan. The Service Manager eventually resolved the matter otherwise the score would be 0.

When an unexpected problem came up with the oil filter, the car needed repairing. I was told initially it aould be fixed the next day (friday). I didnt get a call on friday so had to follow up myself on the saturday and was told it would be monday.

Overall I was somewhat disappointed with my experience with the Williams BMW service centre in Bolton. The staff were great however they seemed rushed off their feet. I had to queue for 30 mins before my car was taken in. Understaffed.

I believe my car was driven excessively during it's the time at the Garage. Two days to fix a broken sensor seemed a little extreme. Booking in process not easy.

I took my car for a winter tyre swap. I should have been there about 30 minutes, when I booked it they said it could be up to an hour, I was there nearly 3 hours, Just sat there waiting .
