My car was booked at a time to suit me and I collected it at a time to suit me. Perfect. The only other thing you could have done would of been to collect it and deliver it back for me.
As above. its not good enough to be left waiting and be given an unsafe dirty car especially when I was told if I had an accident the insurance excess would be inflated.

Only dissatisfaction was that my boot wasn't hoovered in the valet. Appreciate that it had a fair amount of dog hair, but for £250 for a minor service, 10 mins with a strong vacuum shouldn't be too much to hope for.

The staff I dealt with at Williams were very helpful and friendly at all times and this score is not a reflection on the face to face contact I had with them. However the items listed below in question 3 are the reason for this score.
Well organised, liked the video from the mechanic, the car cleaned inside and out shows Williams care about customers.

The contacts and service exceeded my expectations
Unsure as to whether the problem on the price was due to incompetence or not - but I was not given an accurate quote prior to the work taking place. This does not build trust. However, the situation was resolved to my satisfaction during the visit.
The actual service was great! I was given a window for the expected duration, which was accurate. A lift home was arranged for whilst the service took place and my car was washed and valeted before I picked it up. All staff were friendly + helpful.
The service work was completed within the timescale advised and the overall cost was reasonable.

Everything was explained clearly. The sales person James Campbell was very understanding and was not pressurizing me to purchase a car. He was genuine and was a real gentleman.
Staff very stuck up.They didn't even wash the car or vacum it.had scratches on door called the dealership didn't even get call back tried for 2days had no luck. Very poor service

AS ABOVE Also, when I picked my car up at this visit I found a new small scratch to my front nearside alloy wheel and when I started the car up I was greeted by the words SERVICE in red on the dash. The computer had not been reset following the MOT

Alice, on the Service desk was very friendly, polite and efficient. The dealership is very welcoming and comfortable, they lent me an X1 courtesy car which has caused me to rethink my next car and the salesman I spoke to was very helpful.
Would have preferred to have been informed when booking the car in for work that it may involve failure of a test needed to be perfomred for safety and the possibility the car may not be available again the same day.

The time expectation given for repair/MOT is always exceeded without being updated that it will be updated. Not professional.

As has become the norm with Williams, they carry out the work competently, but now never go the extra mile to satisfy the customer entirely.Again I had to question the 'clean bill of health' given to me vehicle.

All credit goes to the lady team leader at the service section , she is really committed to provide excellent service to her customers. She tries everything in her capacity to try and make the service experience of the customer pleasant.
Sent car in for defective blocked screen washers. Told me it would be 150 quid to sort it. I did it for three pounds!! First service £279 compared to £159 for an older X1.Felt cheated! Not to mention the poor service pack & software update.

The dashboard was not cleaned after the service.
I was in and out in virtually a half hour and I was given coffee and biscuits.

I phoned up to book my car for MOT early June which she told me it was booked in for 8.30 so when I got there the lady said that your only booked in for a brake service i said no MOT she said sorry you'll have to wait I was not happy 11. 20 I left
