Sharni, the member of staff who dealt with me was fantastic.
Primarily because of the great service that I received
On arrival, I was made to wait 10-15 mins to be served. The new service manager (on his first day) saw me waiting and came out to deal with me personally ultimately.
Mainly staff are pleasant and efficient, sometimes delays occur, but on the whole resolve issues in a timely manner.
Amy was wonderful, definitely did her very best for us. An asset to the company.
My car has recently been in BMW Bolton for some replacement diaond cut alloy wheels. I have now realised a third wheel deteriorating which is both an expense and inconvenience whilst in for replacement under warranty!
The service is always excellent. My husband recently suffered a sudden death, he loved his cars, making it difficult for me to take over, however the kindness I received from customer facing staff was amazing and was much appreciated.

My wife was due to give birth that particular week and it was her car. I was advised that the car was unsafe to drive and that it would be collected with an ETA 9:58. The car was eventually collected at around 1pm
I just feel that you sell quality cars with a quality service.....all my friends have problems and issues with their cars and garages.........I actually look forward to the BMW experience......every member of staff is ready to help.

Tried to authorise work to be done but after 5 calls there was no call back as promised. As the service was taken place on Friday I had no car or courtesy car until Monday evening.

Kept informed at all times, car issue was addressed and Williams Bolton were flexible to allow me to pick up my car when it was convenient for me.
Had to wait over 30 minutes before being booked in for a minor service - brake fluid change
The only issue was standing in a queue for circa 20 minutes waiting to hand my keys over for the service. There was also a delay in collecting the car. I appreciate I may have dropped on a peak time, but needs addressing. All other excellent.
Cost of service limited level of satisfaction
It would have been a 5 but they didn't ring me the 2nd day to say when the car would be ready so I got a lift down at 4.30pm.It was eventually ready at 5.50pm on the second day they had the car. They were very busy with recalls etc.

The main read for giving this feedback is the length of time it took to get the car into the workshop. I feel as though four weeks is far to long, and goodness's know what damage was gone to the vehicle whilst driving it with the engine management on

I called three times at the service centre, and my husband also called to drop off my car. We both had to wait to speak to an advisor. On one occasion I was told my car would be ready but when I came to collect it it hadn't been valeted
Rude, challenging us as a customer and not listening and never had all the facts, conflicting information on the faults found.

I was informed new discs/pads 'recommended' .after 100000 miles!!! , apparently due to lack of use!!! I have had all work at your premises and for some unexplainable reason no one thought to tell me until you said you want £300 !!

Salesman Phil Crampton was absolutely amazing and assisted us with everything and gave exceptional service which was 2nd to none. The finance person Salim was very helpful too. We found sales manager Anthony rude, arrogant and insulting.

My car has been in 5 times for a gearbox leak, I submitted a response last time and no one has contacted me. Yes 5 times, I am still not convinced that the fault has been fixed.
Customers are just a number to Williams. The more people they have off the better they think they are. No loyalty to existing customers.

The car went in for a problem and came out with a bigger one. I was promised a phone call three weeks ago to sort the matter out. I`m still waiting. I will not use this service center again
My car went in for the window washers not working. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment right when I needed them most because of the weather. I was also charged £151 for this repair as apparently I used the wrong screen wash.
After sales team was very poor. As above engine management light came on. Dropped car off for the new part to be fitted only to be told 4 hours later that they had ordered the wrong part. Abysmal

Car not cleaned very well after spending £250 I get a better wash and vac at my local car cleaning place for £5, two days later my tyre pressure check flagged up on the screen and had to top up all tyres thought this was part of ths service

Car booked in for 8am on prior telephone calls. Advised needed by early afternoon. Work commenced near lunchtime, advised part could be as late as 3pm. Car eventually returned just before 5pm.
Job done with no messing about and I was able to use one of the handy workstations whilst I waited meaning no loss of working hours for my business. Coffee and pastries provided so had a working breakfast, exactly the kind of environment I needed.

My m140 does 220miles to a tank of fuel. That's eco pro driving like an old man everywhere. This is my second 140.. my previous one was doing 350+ miles a tank. Exactly same car.. same fuel same journeys same driver. Was told its due to the weather
I will never be convinced that a glorified oil and filter change with an overall 'health' check is worth what BMW charges....which is why our other (9yr old BMW) goes to a German specialist for half the cost of any work. But this service was good.

The service was prompt even though we had given them little notice due to illness. We opted to wait and were given lunch plus access to various refreshments etc. Staff informed us the car's progress. It was cleaned inside and out.

Would have given full marks but the wait was longer than anticipated
My F33 convertible developed a water leak which short circuted the amp. 3 amps and 4 visits later the problem finally seems to have been fixed, but to be honest I dont have much confidence that it wont happen again
Car was collected, Service carried out and Car returned, and washed and valeted.
I was disappointed that in the past my vehicle was cleaned at least on the outside if not the inside too and this time is wasn't touched

Got my name, contact number and company details all wrong. Was booked in for 90 minute appointment which took nearly 3 hours Even got my name wrong on the invoice, cant really believe this even though I spelt my name 4 times for them.
The place was clean, the staff were their usual attentive selves, with credit due to Jo in particular, who looked after me through the process.. There was some unexpected works required and she dealt with it all with the minimum of fuss.
Booked in for 8.00 and for a quick service oil & filter it took 2 hours, do not consider quick.
I was looked after as was my car. It was even cleaned inside & out!!! Friendly approachable staff.
Enjoyed visit very considerate staff
In general everything was good, but there was a problem. The inspection email suggested that 2 tyres needed replacing. It quoted a price, which I accepted via the email. I got a confirmation of the acceptance. It wasn't done and nobody knew about it!
