Very high stands of service and a very transparent process. Not a five as it is very expensive.

the car had a service and also had a small issue this was rectified my service adviser Angela Walker was very helpful and answered all my questions and also kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of my car which is very helpful

Nothing wrong with the service. They were very helpful. However, despite them replacing the brakes under warranty, the problem still exists. Booked it back in.

As always, no problem at all. Could do with a sofa to sit at while waiting to speak to someone when dropping of and picking car up as sometimes can be a long wait standing up.
Happy with the service received but disappointed that I wasn't told that courtesy car had a charge before seeing on final invoice. Would have probably declined the car had I known.

Staff friendly as usual, no real issues with the service apart from not receivign a call back when I expected one after delays to the repair of my car. However again this is only a minor issue and would not stop me reccommending BMW to a friend.

See above, the car had a rumble that appeared after a full service and new tyres, exhaust bracket and suspension spring. When I took it back, I was told that nothing was found wrong with the car and that it was ok now. Its true the rumble had
I cannot prove this but my winter golf gloves now appear to be missing from my boot which is annoying as I know that I left them in there. Someone at Williams BMW Bolton now has warm hands at my expense.

Faults resolved, car vacuums and washed too
Upon return from the service, all electronically stored items like radion stations had been deleted. Previously stored satnav destinations had been converted to useless coordinates.

Service alert back on 2 weeks after. Told to bring car back in for reset. Did so only to be told car needs to return for mot. Could these not have been done at same time? Inconvenient and disruptive to busy life.

Cant fault the booking in and collection process, or the Service advisor who dealt with me, he was very polite and helpful. The cost of the service and dirty boot marks over my door trim was below par for me.

I booked a wait service estimated for 1-2 hours. It took around 4 hours. (I had to get to work!) I asked for it not to be washed but still was. It didn't even look as though they were trying to get me out quick.
The staff are well trained, extremely knowledgeable about the product and so helpful.

I informed the service advisor of a fault when driving and it was never dealt with and no one took my car for a test drive. My partner then had to arrange a test drive with a technician to show what the problem was. Why was this not done when asked?

Well my cars front wheels shake when I full lock the steering wheel left and right, also when I go over bumps the car pulls some times violently to which ever side the bump is on. If only some one would have drove the car the, fault was obvious

Problem dealt with efficiently (Just unbelievable that screen washer jets block at 2 years old and need expensive remedial action - this has never happened in the last 23 years of BMW cars ownership !)
As above email was sent to your customer services email on 1st of Jan over a week ago and zero response or acknowledgement of receipt of email.
At 1.20 we were told it was too late to ordered tyres . After much protesting the receptionist Wendy said they could pick some up in Trafford park . After waiting til 5.15 the car was left somewhere it couldnt be found . Finally it was found .

The service and staff are excellent but standards of customer care this side of recession have reduced - coffee not working, other than biscuits little else is now offered. What the matter. Courtesy cars could be by rental company - why is this hard.

Very efficient service
The service department are always available and on hand to answer any questions. However the service report was printed in black and white, when in fact the report is designed for colour to highlight areas of the vehicle which need attention.
Excellent diagnostics of my recent TPMS issue, spoke with the mechanic personally who explained what was wrong, what he had done etc.
Would have been completely satisfied,but on the last two occasions i was handed my car keys told the car was outside in a parking bay,the car was still being valeted,on both occasions i had to search for my car, then wait one hour,annoying.
Because the whole service experience was excellent absolutely.
On collecting my car kept waiting over 20 mins because the paperwork was "missing".
I was disappointed that a curtesy car was not available for me to use. I booked the work three weeks in advance.

I am extremely happy with my purchase, the one thing I would say that stops me giving a Completely satisfied is the fact the car has no car mats! When you spend this much money it should be a standard thing.
