Service took a little longer than expected.
As above email was sent to your customer services email on 1st of Jan over a week ago and zero response or acknowledgement of receipt of email.
At 1.20 we were told it was too late to ordered tyres . After much protesting the receptionist Wendy said they could pick some up in Trafford park . After waiting til 5.15 the car was left somewhere it couldnt be found . Finally it was found .

The service and staff are excellent but standards of customer care this side of recession have reduced - coffee not working, other than biscuits little else is now offered. What the matter. Courtesy cars could be by rental company - why is this hard.

Everything was fine apart from having to rebook my appointment due to part being returned to supplier!
The service department are always available and on hand to answer any questions. However the service report was printed in black and white, when in fact the report is designed for colour to highlight areas of the vehicle which need attention.
Excellent diagnostics of my recent TPMS issue, spoke with the mechanic personally who explained what was wrong, what he had done etc.
Very efficient service
Would have been completely satisfied,but on the last two occasions i was handed my car keys told the car was outside in a parking bay,the car was still being valeted,on both occasions i had to search for my car, then wait one hour,annoying.
Because the whole service experience was excellent absolutely.
On collecting my car kept waiting over 20 mins because the paperwork was "missing".
I was disappointed that a curtesy car was not available for me to use. I booked the work three weeks in advance.

Ease of use and very professional
The standard of service was as good as I expected, but the icing on the cake was the way the car was presented on collection. It looked as good as the day I first took delivery.

They washed half hearted in a rush. I would have preferred they did not wash it all. I had to wash it again when I got home.

5 hours to do the job including last hour for car to be cleaned, on returning to car it hadnt been cleaned!
My car was booked in for a service and I know have to come back for a second time as the engine oil change was missed and the screen wash was empty. When you pay so much money for these services you expect BMW to get it correct first time.

As well as an oil change I had a front and rear dash cam fitted. Since then the top third of the rear screen demister has stopped working and radio reception is terrible
I was told my car was ready for collection at 14.15 only to find out when I arrived at the dealer that I had to wait another hour to collect my car.

On arrival at Williams Bolton, I was greeted by a member of staff and escorted to the service department. A lovely member of staff called Amy dealt with booking in my car. Her professionalism was a credit to Williams. Please pass on my thanks !

My vehicle was not purchased from Bolton, i work nearby and had a problem with my car, after calling out BMW services it ended up being repaired at Bolton, they could not have been more helpful and accommodting.

Car had 2 issues, neither of which were fixed. In fact one, although minor, went worse. It was obvious (to me) when I collected the car it hadn't been fixed but I was asked to 'monitor it' and re-book if necessary.

I think the staff at Williams do really try their hard to meet customers expectations. They have been very helpful in sorting out the issues that my car had till now.

My car was booked in for a replacement wheel. Initial quote fine. Booking in with Alice at reception fine. I arrived at 10.45 and finally left at 14.05. No explanation of why it took so long.It's a good job your tyre team are not working in Formula 1
I feel the price of over £250 for an oil change to be too expensive especially when the car was purchased as used from Williams Bolton and the oil needed changing 8,000 miles later

On pick up one issue asked to be checked was not mentioned as being dealt with.
The technician/service desk who rang up spend so long trying to sell me other things that he actually forgot to action the small things he requested.
Excellent friendly staff who did their best to get me my car back to me ASAP. Could have done without a mini as a courtesy car given I drive a 7 seater for a reason but was thankful to have a car.

it was suggested by phone and video that one of the tyres was quite worn and I agreed to it being replaced however there seemed to have been a misunderstanding and the car was returned with the old tyre.
Disappointed because my car was not cleaned. I know this is picky, but I think its something that you would come to expect from a leading car dealership. I know the lady at the time apologised when she realised it had not been cleaned.

My car was not washed and vac'd as part of the service so had to bring it back. It took a long time and it was literally only the front seat foot wells that were hovered.

Initially i was concerned that no one would speak to me in the service centre as I patiently awaited an agent to become free.This was noticed by a nice lady called Angela who welcomed me to sit with her and go through what the car needed.
Very good customer service but you have to book quite far in advance to book the car in on a Saturday.

Polite and efficient staff. It might have been a little more helpful if a target time could have been given rather than leaving the vehicle for a whole day for a job that takes an hour.

Satisfied with the service experience but not at having to pay for what is a design fault, especially as the car is still under warranty.
I brought my car in for an end of warranty check and it was given the all clear on the check sheet given to me, two days later I had my car in for an mot at another garage and was told there was an oil leak on the rear differential.

After first visit the fault was not fixed and the car had to be booked in again, which was very inconvenient as a courtesy car was not available. However the fault was fixed at the second visit.

I booked the car in at 8am for a first service yet it was 12.30 before my car was ready . I was told 3 others were in front of me yet I had booked it in for a specific time
We had received an airbag recall notice - which is impressive in itself since my car is 13 yrs old - this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Whats more I wasn't subjected to any comments about having such an old car!

I'm dissatisfied because because a courtesy car was not booked and second time when car was provided I was asked to refuel it even though I used it with minimum milage and it was in for the same repair second time.
From start to finish my quality defect was managed effectively and appropriately. They were polite quickly recognized there was a problem and dealt with it accordingly. Whilst ensuring i was happy at all times.
The work was completed in time and I had a courtesy car for the day.
Although I rang to book 8am MOT it was already booked apparently so it took 4 hours from leaving my car to arriving back @office 2miles away. Better than last time when I had a puncture & it took the entire day. Had to pay for tyre that didnt match3.

The installation of the security system was completed in the time stated.
Waiting in a showroom for 3 hours isnt ideal when i had booked a courtesy car so I could go to work. Had to take day off in the end.
Was more expensive than expected and surprised that a vehicle check was added above the service and replacement of brake discs.
Paul was constantly in contact throughout the process keeping me updated regularly.

Richard at Williams BMW Bolton could not have treated us better. He took us on a test drive which took in motorway, town driving and traffic so I could fully experience the car. He kept me fully informed about delivery and the handover was great.

On collection of the car there were a few issues scrap paper left in the glove box protection strips left on the seals I was promised a full tank of fuel which I never got did phone and nothing was done just a sorry from manager not happy
