BMW could not do any better.
Williams Bolton kept me informed of issues and progress and ensured they were happy with the car before returning it. When the car was returned it was very well presented.
I booked my car in for a warranty inspection and mot, I dropped the car off at 10am and it was ready for pick up at 1230 as promised, great customer service.
Booking a whilst you wait service was perfect for me as I live several miles from Williams plus I was presented with lovely sandwich lunch

All my BMWs were serviced at Williams Bolton and I could not fault them in any way. Everything was always explained very clearly and the video of work carried out was sent to my via email. Excellent!

The 'issues' have been only partly dealt with and I was advised to return to theselling dealer. A case perhaps of pass the parcel. I was not aware that the Used BMW warranty was postcode sensitive.

Apart from resolving to sort out the problem with the electronic hand brake, a recall was shown to be needed and the first service on the car could also be completed which would save me a further visit to Bolton.The car was cleaned inside and out.
My agent Angela has done everything perfect even arranged a part collection and same day repair so we can go on our journey on the following day.
I had to go back as there was a problem with the windscreenand it took two days as they had to get the tyres so I was without my car

I was politely dealt with by the service representative. However, the job took longer to complete than I would have expected- 2 hours to change over winter to summer wheels/ tyres.This included a complementary wash and vacuum but too long than expect

About 10 months ago got a warning on low tyre tread. Booked in for new tyres but then told I didn't need them but as you had got the tyres had to change them anyway ! Booked for 1500 for 1 hr job. in at 1445. left 3 hrs later !
Good friendly Service
Problem still not fixed. Noise that was a suspected wheel bearing is still there despite it being changed. Road test post repair would have spotted it
Excellent facilities included free coffee and biscuits and the offer of a complimentary breakfast. The work stations meant I could continue to work while my car was serviced.
I believe a phone call prior to my car initially arriving could have saved a wasted trip given that the car couldnt be looked at for a few days.
My car was updated and cleaned in a very short time. Especially as I forgot my driving licence and had to wait in the showroom due to my fault. The staff were amazing.

Car wasn't cleaned as the weather was so poor. Initial estimate to clear the washer jets out was extortionate and wasn't covered by warranty. Final cost was much less and reasonable.

The car was ready on time and the customer support provided was very helpful. That said, only the inside of the car was cleaned. With a service package, I would expect a mini valet to be conducted. the boot remained in the same condition.

Rattle in car proved to be boot catch which was fixed. However this led to an undetected fault, name the system reports the boot open on starting the car. This is a simple fault why can it not be fixed on the spot without me having to wait until 21st
Great service and understanding
I paid for the service pack and there were no hidden costs upon collecting the vehicle. They even gave me a courtesy call to remind me my service was due. I was given a full breakdown of checks made on the vehicle.

Nothing wrong with the service. They were very helpful. However, despite them replacing the brakes under warranty, the problem still exists. Booked it back in.

As always, no problem at all. Could do with a sofa to sit at while waiting to speak to someone when dropping of and picking car up as sometimes can be a long wait standing up.

Staff friendly as usual, no real issues with the service apart from not receivign a call back when I expected one after delays to the repair of my car. However again this is only a minor issue and would not stop me reccommending BMW to a friend.
