Because I could pick my car up early and I was sent home in a taxi and that was very good
work completed as needed and car cleaned
I had space and free wifi to complete some work whilst I was waiting for my car and as there were a range of refreshments there I could have a coffee as well. All staff members were polite and courteous.

As the problem was Sat Nav related it seemed that there was a reluctance to escalate the problem to BMW head quarters where it may also have to be have passes to the reverent people.

When Driving the car you could tell work had been done as it seemed to Drive a lot better, Car was washed and Cleaned when picked up.
1-2 things, no full tank of fuel on courtesey car, this really annoys me, no full reset on car computer system, however, this was rectified very efficiently at no cost to myself, the complementary valet not brilliant to be honest, otherwise all good

Only dissatisfaction was that my boot wasn't hoovered in the valet. Appreciate that it had a fair amount of dog hair, but for £250 for a minor service, 10 mins with a strong vacuum shouldn't be too much to hope for.

Everyone was really helpful after I'd had my car stolen which was a mess. Repaired back to like new.

Prompt, smart service. Sometimes on the telephone some service staff can be a little impatient and appear uninterested, on the other hand there are some which can be rather excellent - Bit of a lucky dip really.
Car returned same day, communicated by email for the service report which includes a video of my car being checked. Feel it's worth the money for the high customer service.

Great service, absolutely no issues at all.
The staff I dealt with at Williams were very helpful and friendly at all times and this score is not a reflection on the face to face contact I had with them. However the items listed below in question 3 are the reason for this score.
Easy to book service. It was free as included in service pack when car purchased. Car ready when promised.
Well organised, liked the video from the mechanic, the car cleaned inside and out shows Williams care about customers.
I couldn't access the video I was sent. Although I was told everything was fine , I don't know what was checked.

The actual service was great! I was given a window for the expected duration, which was accurate. A lift home was arranged for whilst the service took place and my car was washed and valeted before I picked it up. All staff were friendly + helpful.
Unsure as to whether the problem on the price was due to incompetence or not - but I was not given an accurate quote prior to the work taking place. This does not build trust. However, the situation was resolved to my satisfaction during the visit.

Everything was explained clearly. The sales person James Campbell was very understanding and was not pressurizing me to purchase a car. He was genuine and was a real gentleman.

Work done on the car was good but the car should have been checked as I have to return tomorrow because functions were not working i.e. sat nav. tv. hopefuly this will be corrected.

AS ABOVE Also, when I picked my car up at this visit I found a new small scratch to my front nearside alloy wheel and when I started the car up I was greeted by the words SERVICE in red on the dash. The computer had not been reset following the MOT

Alice, on the Service desk was very friendly, polite and efficient. The dealership is very welcoming and comfortable, they lent me an X1 courtesy car which has caused me to rethink my next car and the salesman I spoke to was very helpful.
