Very bad experience
Staff very stuck up.They didn't even wash the car or vacum it.had scratches on door called the dealership didn't even get call back tried for 2days had no luck. Very poor service
Everything was explained clearly. The sales person James Campbell was very understanding and was not pressurizing me to purchase a car. He was genuine and was a real gentleman.
Politeness of staff in this branch they go out of there way to make things so easy
Things happened when and how I was promised and whilst waiting for my car the hospitality staff regularly checked whether I wanted any refreshments. I has newspapers to read, free wi-fi and TV if I wanted it. I could work or relax as I wished or need

AS ABOVE Also, when I picked my car up at this visit I found a new small scratch to my front nearside alloy wheel and when I started the car up I was greeted by the words SERVICE in red on the dash. The computer had not been reset following the MOT
Alice, on the Service desk was very friendly, polite and efficient. The dealership is very welcoming and comfortable, they lent me an X1 courtesy car which has caused me to rethink my next car and the salesman I spoke to was very helpful.

Would have preferred to have been informed when booking the car in for work that it may involve failure of a test needed to be perfomred for safety and the possibility the car may not be available again the same day.

I had an appointment at Williams in Bolton to try and get the rattles on my vehicle sorted, which by this time had become unbearable On arrival at the service reception, I had to wait several minutes as the staff were talking amongst themselves

On inspecting my car after I had waited on the Saturday the rear drivers alloy had three chips that were not there when the car was brought it. I returned and advised Emma who came out and took photographs on her phone and said she would be in touch.
As has become the norm with Williams, they carry out the work competently, but now never go the extra mile to satisfy the customer entirely.Again I had to question the 'clean bill of health' given to me vehicle.

Sent car in for defective blocked screen washers. Told me it would be 150 quid to sort it. I did it for three pounds!! First service £279 compared to £159 for an older X1.Felt cheated! Not to mention the poor service pack & software update.
All credit goes to the lady team leader at the service section , she is really committed to provide excellent service to her customers. She tries everything in her capacity to try and make the service experience of the customer pleasant.

I phoned up to book my car for MOT early June which she told me it was booked in for 8.30 so when I got there the lady said that your only booked in for a brake service i said no MOT she said sorry you'll have to wait I was not happy 11. 20 I left
Same as above but Williams Bolton never fail to provide outstanding customer service. I especially like the car being valeted and cleaned following a visit . A small touch but making a big difference
The dashboard was not cleaned after the service.
I was in and out in virtually a half hour and I was given coffee and biscuits.

About 12 years ago I had a new Toyota that was recalled and I had to take it in for a half hour job, they filled my car with petrol and gave me a bottle of wine as an apology. There was absolutely no apology from BMW, not even verbally.

The only disappointment was the service by Enterprise to supply a courtesy car, which arrived nearly a day late and there was confusion as to whether there would be any costs to me (there weren't) after the first two days of having the car.
I dropped the vehicle off at 9-30 in the morning and I received a call at about midday to inform it had been serviced and valeted and ready for collection. Great customer service.
Quickly identified the problem, and car was repaired and back on the road the following day.

I bought the car which was 6 months old at the time and then noticed the seat belt was damaged. They replaced it but the device that brings the belt to you didn't work. I took it back for another repair and it's still 50/50 if it works.
Since the visit my BMW shows a car on the ramp light when I start the engine

I got efficient service for what I paid for
My M135i had developed a fault and I feel as a returning customer having bought 5 cars from Williams Bolton that the price of £135 per hour just to investigate and diagnose the problem is far too expensive , however Emma in servicing was very helpful
I was kept up to date regarding progress of the part being replaced, though I had to return after leaving the garage as a valve had come loose resulting in a warning light on the dashboard.
The service was good but they had not arranged a courtesy car as requested. Luckily they found me a car to use.

I left my car at 8:00 am on a Thursday morning, for an MOT and a service, said it was ok to keep the car all day but I needed it back by EOB as I live 150 miles away.I was left without my car until the following Monday with no courtesy offered.
Just the total experience was very pleasant and I was one happy customer. Special thanks to Angela who dealt with my case and also to Jon who did the pick and drop. They are amazing people.
You were unable to complete the job as the parts delivered wer incorrect.The job wsd booked in over a week prior and i took time off work specifically.It was only replacing two tyres so i would have expected someone to ensure the parts were right .
Friendly and kept me up to date with progress during the service. However, a warning light came on to address the engine coolant yesterday. I'm surprised this was an issue that wasn't pre-empted given the car had only been serviced three weeks ago...

Would have been completely however the service was a BMW recall and although I asked the operative who telephoned me plus the service rep who I saw at the service desk the explanation of why the recall was necessary was extremely vague.
