My vehicle was booked in for a brake fluid change - a fairly minor thing. I left the car ALL DAY I was told the car would be ready for collection at 5-5.30pm. I arrived at 4.45 The car was not ready it was also supposed to be washed it was a mess.
I was expecting to have the car washed as I was going away the next day
Had my X1 first serviced 10th June at a cost of £278.00 while I waited. A week later my key fob remote control battery failed. On the job sheet it was ticked new battery replaced. It then makes me wonder if anything else was ticked and not done
Shiraz was exceptional
Mostly very happy, but when I originally phoned to book in because my service light had come on, I was told it was only because it needed an MOT. It was my local MOT garage who informed me that actually the car was due a service.

Poor communication, wouldn't return calls.
Had to queue for 10 minutes at 8.30am due to only one staff member available then more staff arrived.
Wasn't a good experience, my vehicle was due a running in service no courtesy car available for 2 months and no appointments for when I was off work.I had to utilise public transport to get to and from work.
AS number one completely satisfied.

There was a large queue at the service desks when checking car in. I then rang mid afternoon to check when the car would be ready. I was promised a call back, this didn't happen, Arrived at 5:30pm to pick up car and again large queue.

The car went in for a service and now the car will not remember 'last position' with the remote controls. I phoned today at 5.30pm but no one was free in the service dept. to speak to me so I left a message with the receptionist but no returned call.
I had to spend a lot of money due to the big oil service was due unbeknown to me. They were able to assist with the price which helped

The car is telling me one thing and Williams seem to be getting conflicting information. Re what is due for servicing etc.
this is the first BMW that I have purchased and the personal service that I have experienced is far superior to any other vehicle purchase and aftercare I have had before, everything seems so easy with no hassles.
Bmw did not carry out the service and said so that they would do it when the service was booked in.

The issues the car went in for were not resolved. The car still makes a grating noise when in the reverse gear. The car still leaks water down the front passenger and driver doors. A courtesy car was not provided. I was left without a car for 2 days.
I was informed of what the car needed and was asked in advance about extra payments before work was done.
At this point i'm sure my frustration was palpable, the lady in the sales department kindly went and asked Andrew where the claim was up to, without taking my call Andrew asked her to tell me that 'we're still waiting authority from the insurer' TBC
They didn't call back on the day to let me know that they wouldn't be able to fix it straight away. I specifically asked them to let me know.

I have spent £1000 on my brake pads and discs but still they making noise I have been 3 time still same so kind of disappointment.
I had ordered the replacement tyre 3 days in advance of taking my car in for a major service but the tyre was not in stock when I arrived and so I had to leave my car overnight and make alternative arrangements to attend a meeting late afternoon

Brilliant , can not fault it . I would like to say also the young lady who I dealt with I could not fault this was the first time I have used BMW for a service and she is the reason why I will use again she made feel relaxed and explained everything.
I booked car in for multiple things. However when got there lady told me have do as seperate investigation. Shocking once again. She didn't even know what she was doing to be honest. Damn right rude

Servicing done very efficiently and professionally.
Work performed on time & to a high standard. Well looked after whilst waiting the planned 2 hours for the work to be completed.
Reception was quite a wait
They are difficult to get through to and I had to chase for answers. The follow up post extra work was very disappointing. I reported to the agent that I wasn't happy with the service and still had problems. This wasn't the response the agent expecte
a part had not arrived 7 days after booking the car in for its service and a few small other jobs which delayed collection by 24 hours
It was like an inquisition getting agreement to a new door seal. Photo taken and appt agreed. Wrong part ordered and car repaired following day. Service Rep kept me informed.
The work was done on time and at the quoted price
Because they fixed a puncture in my tyre as I was desperate to get to a meeting and they don't normally do that service anymore.

drop off and collection takes too long fault on car was not detected. (it rolls back when on a steep hill) Answer was unsatisfactory. my car was not in the bay they stated. took 10 mins to locate car which had not been washed.
The lady who dealt with us was so helpful, her customer service was excellent.
There was a problem with the taxi organised so had to pay both ways & still waiting my money back. Said car was finally ready after 7 hours To not even to been washed. !! Not what expect from one top leading car garages.

Williams Bolton has always given me good service. Some of the service staff are more knowledgeable than others, but overall very satisfied
My car was returned to me promptly, spotlessly clean and with the work well done.
The service staff were helpful. The lack of a courtesy car meant I had to wait around for 5 hours. Whilst its nice to have a snack, coffee and read the newspaper, five hours felt like an eternity.
Our sales representative was helpful and knowledgeable and helped us get the exact car we wanted.

Excellent all round experience.
Collection experience was good. Car took a little longer than I expected to arrive (but no longer than Craig indicated it may take).
I was kept informed by the dealership on the car's build. There was a slight hitch with obtaining a new V5C on the 3 series I traded in and the dealership were very accommodating. The handover in the showroom was very impressive.
staff were excellent especially Grant Orgvill who managed the process with me.
