They didnt secure a clip on the engine coolant pipe while conducting the valve repair causing cooling to leak and the vehicle having to be recovered.I then had terrible service from Enterprise Car Rental via Bmw Emergency Services.Took them 17 hrs.

My vehicle was in for a recall.I booked it in 3 weeks in advance.Was told would take approx 2 hrs to resolve.Day before,i recieved a phone call to say will take longer!On day, was told would take most of the day.Did not have parts to fix it.

Williams BMW, Bolton is the main reason that I have never bought another brand. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and I have complete trust in their answers to my questions. I would not contemplate going to another dealer for service.

You feel a valued customer. When the work which the car was booked in for turned out to be more complex the additional work was accommodated that day, I approved that work beforehand and was kept update on the work.
Problem resolved but very disappointed with completion - car retained overnight but promised for 2pmnext day. I arrived at 1.50 & was told it would be 30 mins. At 3.45 I left the garage & missed an important appointment in knutsford

From entering the site I was pleased to see a very clean and tidy site cars all parked in numbered bays secondhand cars in the undercover area all clean and priced. On entering the reception a warm welcome to the showrooms and service deptment.
The service itself was as I would expect. Unfortunately, the service warning alert was not turned off so now I have to go back to the garage to get this attended to. A little bit inconvenient and disappointing really

The 'issues' have been only partly dealt with and I was advised to return to theselling dealer. A case perhaps of pass the parcel. I was not aware that the Used BMW warranty was postcode sensitive.

Apart from resolving to sort out the problem with the electronic hand brake, a recall was shown to be needed and the first service on the car could also be completed which would save me a further visit to Bolton.The car was cleaned inside and out.
My agent Angela has done everything perfect even arranged a part collection and same day repair so we can go on our journey on the following day.
I had to go back as there was a problem with the windscreenand it took two days as they had to get the tyres so I was without my car

Williams Bolton is a superb BMW Centre.
I had no problems with the purchase or delivery experience but I do feel aggrieved at the price I was offered for my trade- in vehicle by Williams (Bolton). I felt it was both unfair and uncompetitive when compared with other car dealers. See below!
Extremely happy with the service I received. Felt like a celebrity when picking up my car in its own private room and being given flowers. It really did make it an experience of a lifetime.
